The Banjo-Fiddle Frolic is limited to the first 25 participants who register. Your spot is not guaranteed until you fill out the registration form below and send in your deposit.
The cost for Friday-Sunday (includes meals but not accommodations) is $300.
Please divide your payment into the deposit ($100, due with registration) and balance ($200 due by March 20, 2020). If you choose to pay all at once, that is fine, and Allie will consider 1/3 of it your deposit as per our new policies below. Allie will be in touch with you about your balance amount and payment method.
Please read our new cancellation policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Balances are refundable until 2 weeks from the Frolic. Therefore, after March 20, the balance is non-refundable.
- If purchasing a room in the Lodge and need to cancel, we will gladly refund you once we sell the room to someone else. We will try very hard to find a new person to buy the room! If we can't find someone else to buy the room, then we regret that we will be unable to issue a refund for the room. Renting out the rooms is how we pay the rent to Lands' Creek Cabins for the Lodge.
These new policies are in place because this is a small event, and your spot is very valuable. If you have to cancel, we certainly understand, but last-minute cancellations affect our ability to make this an event that is financially worth doing. This event is not backed by corporate sponsors or grants. It is funded by Frank & Allie's pocket and your registrations. We hope you understand.
